Refunds
Bret Travels operates with Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
A direct cash refund is not available.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will send you a replacement of the same item (subject to availability).
If the item is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
